Mark Miraglia is a member of the Alaska Mountain Rescue Group since 1994. He has served as Secretary, Vice-Chair and is presently Chair of AMRG. He has served as Region Chair and board representative, is a lead evaluator in region and an out of region evaluator. Mark has served as Technical Team Leader for the last 20 years. He is currently the Vice-President of the Alaska Search and Rescue Association, a statewide organization dedicated to facilitating training and interactions between governmental and volunteer civilian Search & Rescue organizations. He served as MRA Vice President before being elected President.
Chris Ruch has been a member of the Allegheny Mountain Rescue Group since 2000 and currently serves as Chief of the team. His is also the Volunteer Coordinator for the Allegheny County Child Abduction Response team. He previously served as MRA Appalachian Region Chair and MRA board representative since 2007. He is a lead evaluator in region and an out of region evaluator, and served as MRA Secretary/Treasurer before being elected Vice President.
Cora Lee Findley has been a member of the Idaho Mountain Search and Rescue Team since 2020. She is a Search and Rescue Manager, a Lead Flanker for the K9 Team and is on the Technical Rescue Team. Cora Lee did the accounting for the unit from 2019 – 2022. She has also managed the Unit’s major fundraiser for the past three years.

Jonathan Bryan has been an Alaska Mountain Rescue Group member since 2021. He is also an AMRG board member, a field team member, and a regional evaluator.
SAR TEAM: Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue

Trent Volz, Ph.D. has been a member of Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue since 2012 and has participated in 250+ SAR missions on the Ground Search, Mountain Rescue, Swiftwater Rescue, ATV, and Incident Management Teams. He is a field team leader and has been the leader of the Swiftwater Rescue team for over a decade. Trent has been a rope rescue and/or swiftwater rescue instructor for Rescue 3, the International Technical Rescue Association, and the American Canoe Association. He is a graduate of the National Emergency Management Basic Academy and has certifications in cave rescue and wilderness medicine in addition to various rope rescue, water rescue, search management, and incident management certifications.
