(www.backcountryrescuer.com) is an online SAR magazine reporting on various topics relating specifically to SAR. Backcountry Rescuer was created with the intent to provide the SAR community with an informational resource. Most of the articles are written by people in SAR, or rescue related agencies. If you register on the site, you receive an email only when the next issue is released (about every 2 months). You can also follow Backcountry Rescuer on Facebook where article announcements are updated as they are published.
